"I don't want to drive up to the pearly gates in a shiny sports car, wearing beautifully, tailored clothes, my hair expertly coiffed, and with long, perfectly manicured fingernails.
I want to drive up in a station wagon that has mud on the wheels from taking kids to scout camp.
I want to be there with a smudge of peanut butter on my shirt from making sandwiches for a sick neighbors children.
I want to be there with a little dirt under my fingernails from helping to weed someone's garden.
I want to be there with children's sticky kisses on my cheeks and the tears of a friend on my shoulder.
I want the Lord to know I was really here and that I really lived."

Catching up

So I have been with a broken computer for the last 3 months and have been going crazy with out my email, internet, myspace and of course my blog. But now we are up and running again. In the last 4 months we have had a lot of things go on. Lance and I had our 4 year anniversary in September. We just had a nice night out, kidless, went to dinner and just enjoyed eachothers company alone.

The kids had fun dressing up for halloween and going trick or treating. Hollie loved to walk up to the door and had toeither ring the doorbell or knock and would say trick or treat before the door even opened. They also had fun at the church trunk or treat. Hollie wanted to be a kitty cat and Trevor was a dragon.

Trevor finally got his first haircut. no more MULLET. A frien of mine told me about a place that does little kids hair. They have a jeep that they sit in and a movie playing. It was the cutest place called Monkey Dooz. check it out. Monkeydooz.com. Trevor did such a good job and now looks like a little boy. He finally started to walk and is now losing all his chub. He's such a sweet little boy.

Hollie turned 3 years old and had a Dora the Explorer party at the park. I was stressing cause it was really rainy for that week and the weekend was supposed to be worse. We had it at the park anyway. The rain stopped while we were there and started up again about and hour after we left. We had a fun time even though it was freezing cold. Thanks to all that came.

Christmas was fun this year. The kids really enjoyed it. Hollie finally understands the whole Santa thing and knows that she has to be good in order for him to come to our house. they got alot of good things but Hollie's favorite present was her Barbie Jeep that has a REAL radio. It sits in the garage until we can take it out and she will just sit in it, in the garage and play for a long time. it doesn't even have to be moving. She just loves to sit in it.

My little brother Scott got married on the 29 to Ashley Johnson. They got married in the San Diego Temple and are on a cruise right now as we type. We are so excited for a new sister to add to our family. We love her!

Well that about sums it up. Now that i am some what caught up I will keep on top of the updates. We love you all!
