"I don't want to drive up to the pearly gates in a shiny sports car, wearing beautifully, tailored clothes, my hair expertly coiffed, and with long, perfectly manicured fingernails.
I want to drive up in a station wagon that has mud on the wheels from taking kids to scout camp.
I want to be there with a smudge of peanut butter on my shirt from making sandwiches for a sick neighbors children.
I want to be there with a little dirt under my fingernails from helping to weed someone's garden.
I want to be there with children's sticky kisses on my cheeks and the tears of a friend on my shoulder.
I want the Lord to know I was really here and that I really lived."

Alaskan Beanies

My grandma and grandpa recently went on a cruise to Alaska and brought the great grandkids beanies. They all loved them. Thank you grandma joyce and papa Sox

Santa

This past sturday we had our ward Primary christmas party. we had breakfast and colored pictures for all the missionaries out in our stake, made snowflake ornaments and played a game. Then Santa came in. Trevor is obsessed.

He ran right up to him before he even came all the way in the room. Santa picked him up and went to see all the other kids.
They also had a wall coved in butcher paper to let the kids "write on the wall". Hollie did a good job and drew a big sun.

Disneyland

Last wed. Hollie and I went to Disneyland. My friend Wendy was out here visiting from Georgia and we spent the day together. I have never been to Disneyland at Christmas time and It was so beautiful. We had a fun day. Thanks Wendy

I have been saying for the last year that I would love to own a wii so that i could get the wii fit and work out from home. I just saw this on a friends blog and thought what the heck I wouldn't be losing anything to rgister to win. If anything I will finally get a wii and wii fit that I have wanted and can't afford to buy.

They really do love eachother

Old fashion pictures

Kmart was having a promotion for these old pictures. I decided it would be fun to take the kids. They did such a good job and were happy and smiling. These pictures i snapped real fast with my phone.

4 eyes!

Hollie loves to put on my glasses. I need to be carefull where I put them. One of these days she is going to get them and put them somewhere that I won't be able to find them. They are old and from 3 perscriptions ago, and I can't really see out of them but with out my contacts in literally blind. So I need them.

Our little handyman

Trevor is OBSESSED with hammers these days. The other day there were some guys fixing our fence. They were on the outside hammering nails. Trevor got his hammer and ran outside and started hammering back to them. It was cute.

Happy 4th Birthday Hollie

I'm a little late but wanted to wish Hollie a Very Happy 4th Birthday (Dec. 9)

I heart you

During Thanksgiving this past week we came across a heart shaped chip. I practically jumped on my sister in laws lap so she wouldn't take a bite. Sorry Ashley. Grandpa Sox said to sell it on ebay!
My grandparents have a huge plumeria tree in their backyard. We like to pick the pretty flowers.

My newest project!

I've seen these for a while and have wanted to make one. It's a paint can covered with scrap paper and ribbons. I made it for a baby shower. I put baby shampoo, lotion, powder ect. All the smaller things. It was the hit of the shower. I may include this one in to a craft night. I am planning on doing a craft night once a month. This one was really fun to do and very easy.

The best night EVERRRRRR!!!!

Last night I had the awesome opportunity to attend the New Kids on the Block concert in San Diego. Lady Gaga and Natasha Bettingfield opened. Natasha was amazing I can't wait to get her CD. We were off to the side but third row up. The stage came to us about 15 feet. We could literally see their pupils.

Korinne and I had shirts on that said "Team Joey" on the font and the New kids on the block on the back. One time when joey was off to the side we yelled his name and showed him our shirts. He smiled and mouthed thank you while looking right in my eyes. He really say me and looked at me and spoke to me. OH MY GOSH!!!! I wanted to cry.

Then one time donnie was over by us he looked and me and blew a kiss. It wasn't just in my direction his eyes were looking at me.
If you look just below the santa hat you can see Joey. We were 3 rows up and when they went to the other end of the arena we were right there to take a pic. I wish I was first row and could touch him.

Joey wore this hat for a couple of songs. Its the hat he wore all the time back in the day. He actually looks younger with it on. I have always been a Joey fan but Donnie is sooooo Hot!

All dressed in white and looking So good! and dressed in black and looking even better.
Joey singing "please don't go girl" Ohhhhh the memories. He still sounds so good. Just not as high as voice as 15 years ago.

Here is MY Joey again... and for all you Jordan lovers. Here's his hot bod.

Thank you so much Korinne (Stowell) for inviting me to go with you guys. I was the hugest fan back in the day and was unable to go to a concert. Sooo worth it and had the time of my life. Today I have no voice but sooooo worth it.
