"I don't want to drive up to the pearly gates in a shiny sports car, wearing beautifully, tailored clothes, my hair expertly coiffed, and with long, perfectly manicured fingernails.
I want to drive up in a station wagon that has mud on the wheels from taking kids to scout camp.
I want to be there with a smudge of peanut butter on my shirt from making sandwiches for a sick neighbors children.
I want to be there with a little dirt under my fingernails from helping to weed someone's garden.
I want to be there with children's sticky kisses on my cheeks and the tears of a friend on my shoulder.
I want the Lord to know I was really here and that I really lived."

First Day of Pre-School!

My little girl is growing so fast. Today was her first day of Preschool. I've been really stressed out about it because she is so ATTACHED to my hip and cries every Sunday because she doesn't want to go to Primary. She has been really excited about school. Her whole class if kids from church so I'm hoping it will make Sundays easier. I took her in and she immedietly went for all the toys. when it was time for me to leave I said ok Hollie it's time for me to go. She said ok mommie. She did sooo good. No crying or whining or anything. I'm sooo relieved. Trevor was the one with the problem. The whole way home he cried and kept saying, "Hollie, Hollie". Poor guy.

that is so sweet that Trevor missed her. Maybe things will look up now and she'll love being an independent girl.

Yeah for you and Hollie I have been so worried for you both! I was sad that Abbey couldn't be there too. Isn't it funny how the kids just adore each other when the other is not around!!!
