Kool Aid Play Dough

Kool-Aid Play Dough
The children will love the smell of this playdough!
2 1/2 cups flour
1 cup salt
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cups boiling water
2 packages unsweetened Kool-Aid
Mix dry ingredients. Add oil and water. Wearing gloves, knead for 10 minutes. Store in zip lock bag in refrigerator.
Note:
Your hands may smell of the Kool-Aid flavor even with gloves.

It smells soooo good!

Happy 5th Anniversary

Today is our 5th anniversary. I love you!

Another hot Day!

Trevors new thing when he sees the camera is he says...CCHHHEEEEESE. and he climbs on everything.

Hollie had all of her "Babies" lined up on the chair and was telling them to say cheese while she took their pictures.

Hollie and Trevor being silly. trevor did this first and actually got stuck. hollie had to copy.
I'm so glad that the hot days are gone for now. It's been really nice. I hope it sticks around for a while.

Got Bugs!

The other day Trevor was in the kitchen yelling, "Mommie, Mommie" I went in there to see he had one of those huge flying beetles in his hand. It was dead! With the hot weather and no air conditioning I have all the windows open. Our slider door's screen is ripped so we get beetles, tons of flies, a butterfly, and more bugs flying in the house. I guess he found this somewhere! I found the wings in the livingroom. He must have pulled them off. GROSS!!!! I remember my uncles catching them, holding them down on the table and tying string to their legs and letting them fly in circles.

Disneyland

The Play house Disney show was so much fun. Hollie knew all the songs and thought it was so cool to see the characters in person.


It was a hot day. I have never been to California Adventure. We went in and found the Bugs Life area. they had alot of water spouts and a moving mister. It felt so good.


Hollie was soaked. She had a blast

Buzz Lightyear ride. Hollie's favorite. She still talks about it.

Finding Nemo. I loved this ride. It was so fun. Hollie loved it too.

Hollie got a princess crown and tiara.
